Coming from a friendly Nature Flight clan as the Clan of the Lonely Tree was just bringing itself together, Lynne was born as fierce and untamed as many of the wild jungles that dotted the Nature Flight region. Her hatch-clan felt it smart to send such a determined dragon to help the new clan set itself up well. Lynne is indeed the type to proactively remove dangers from her home, rather than taking the “care-taking” mantle up that some of the Nature Flight prefer, which is a much more passive approach in ways. From a young age, she would train with various companions in the Coliseum. Sometimes she would hunt directly, but found the thrill of battle much more satisfying in terms of action. At times, this zeal for fighting would backfire on her, considering her sheer recklessness would cause problems not only for herself but any teammates. Despite this recklessness however, she would sometimes play the role of a more strategic fighter. Utilizing her Nocturne-born mimicry abilities, Lynne would be able to easily learn of her opponents moments and “tells” in their attacks, and so would deftly be able to start dodging said attacks more and more over time. Enemies of course would also feel rather baffled by the Nocturne’s eerily similar movements to theirs, and so this would also give Lynne an edge in battle. It was in such a fight that she managed to sway a Wildwood Owl to her side, as the creature’s natural curiosity about Lynne’s skills made it in a way, much tamer and less aggressive. Lynne’s habit of planting seeds after her favorite battles or most accomplished victories also confused the owl slightly, and so it trotted after Lynne when her current battle had finished. Currently, in the Clan of the Lonely Tree, Lynne does have a dragon she sees on occasion when the urge to nest strikes her, but the two do not necessarily associate too much outside of such times. Lynne is rather independent in this way, not ever feeling too much like a “mother” dragon, more of one whose gender fluctuates based on who she is with rather than feeling confined to a “female” role. Like many Nocturnes in many aspects of their lives, she changes with the situation. Lynne has been very comfortable living in such a way while she attends to her own desires and needs, which once again relate mainly to seeing how many creatures she can pummel when out and about in the Coliseum’s various regions… Bio written by Mewhaku. |
