Claude is Nanah's older brother, though not by blood. Claude found him at a young age and couldn't help but feel a bond. The two have been inseparable ever since.

Claude has also got his eye on Jasper, a long term member of the clan. He believes the kid may end up, up to his neck in blood if he continues to train half heartedly with Hiral. He can tell Jasper's true curiosity does not lie with the pearl catcher, but with his "dogs".
