Muscles ripple underneath his scaly hide, and in his Fire-born eyes, a raging flame can be seen.

A young smith hailing from the Ashfall Wastes. He forges the clan's armor, but, like Emmeryn, his mate, much prefers to act as support rather than act as a warrior. His scales carry many small burns from his early days in the forge-- even Fire dragons must be careful around the flames they stoke. His own armor, he forged himself-- engraved with runes and enchanted to repel the flames he dares to try to control. Forgesong knows all too well the danger of becoming too trusting of the destructiveness of Fire.

While, funnily enough, a much more emotionally controlled dragon than Vitheyvnah, he still has the typical issue of Fire dragons: A bad temper. However, with him, it's never roaring or striking out at his clanmates-- his body temperature skyrockets, and he retreats to the smith's den, isolating himself from all but his mate. Even then, sometimes the Imperial doesn't even allow Emmeryn to see him in that state, fearing that she will be driven away from him entirely by his anger.

Despite this, he is otherwise very kind to his clanmates, frequenting the healer's den where Sylrith and Toxicodendron work with the injured, chatting with those dragons who have been too hurt to continue their duties. He hopes that by forging this armor for the dragons around him, he will protect them from hardships on the field, be it in actual battle or a Beastclan ambush.

He holds much love for the clan in his heart, and Emmeryn recognized this the moment she saw him. First they were simple friends, then they blossomed into full-fledged mates, pledging to care for each other for life. He taught her of the world, and she taught him of the land she was born into, the Sunbeam Ruins, taught him of the Lightweaver. They are oten seen discussing the ideology of other Flights and dragons, and never seem to tire from their relaxed debates on the matter. He considers himself more open-minded than her-- He's seen much of the world and what it has to offer, while Emmeryn has only seen the Windswept Plateau and her homeland, and thus is much more knowledgeable about those two areas. Whether or not this is true, well, depends on who you ask.

Sosvurdaan frequents the smith's den, and enjoys speaking to him. Vitheyvnah will usually wait outside, as Fire and Lightning do not mix well, especially when both have a temper. Sahqonmiin, Duskwings, Cloudwings, and Koraavtiid appreciate the quality of his smithing skills, as they wear his armor on their backs. Once in a while, Koraavtiid will travel with him to the trading outpost in the Sunbeam Ruins where he sells his wares, offering a bit of advice to every dragon who buys, with wisdom beyond her years. Sikdeinmaar, her mother figure, only requests that she is safe when she travels with him, and Forgesong chuckles, always promising to return her unharmed to the Keeper's den.
