The Observatory

______ Nox is the senior astronomer at the Observatory. For one in such an esteemed position he doesn't really do much administrating. He mostly keeps to himself, as is characteristic of most members of the Observatory. During the day he can rarely be found. However, once it gets dark he can be seen walking around.

______ Rumors have spread about Nox and his life before the Observatory. Most who see him wonder how he acquired those scars after all. The story goes that he used to be a fearsome general in an elite Imperial army. The choice of dragon species was intentional, since even if you defeated them, you would still run the risk of having to fight off an Emperor. But when his beloved mate Condordia fell, he broke. He threw her body into the sky to keep her from becoming an Emperor. She turned into a constellation. The reason he joined the Observatory.
