Dr. Antiplague, ND (Not a real Doctor)
Diagnostic Field Guide Page 1
Tentacular Bloodsorosis:
A symbiotic lifeform that expands to fill all available space in its host, granting enhanced attunement with the Plague element in exchange. Largely unsuccessful as a symbiote due to its tendency to destroy all but strongest hosts. Believed to have destroyed at least one isolated clan of fae dragons before entering a reproductively dormant state.
The above is mostly speculation. Because to the aggressive, reclusive, and possibly unique nature of this organism, little has been confirmed about it. No treatment is currently known.

Meat Lovers' Disease:
A hereditary condition characterized by abnormally rapid muscle growth. In severe cases, the afflicted may become literally musclebound, unable to move. Treatment requires daily removal of excess muscle tissue and application of a skin-substitute enchantment. Regrowing skin is not advised, as muscle growth will only burst the new skin.

Wonder:
Mishandled magic often has unpredictable and seemingly irreproducible effects. This one was found at the site of a 100-year-old magical duel, which since then has been blighted with super-deformed hatchlings. You read that right. These merry dragons are composed of a twinkling dust that sheds constantly and seems to retain some form of consciousness even in each wind-borne speck. The dust has a reality warping effect proportional to its concentration in an area. The only protection against "wonder" is to avoid contact; try not to even let the dust fall on your name.

Inkies:
The unknown substance originating from the Leviathan Trench known as "living ink" is capable of reshaping and multiplying itself as long as it has body mass to spare. In the absence of their normal food source, Inkies seem to derive energy from artistic creativity; a single artist working with living ink can cause inky populations to grow at a dangerous rate. Though it seems unable to subsist on organic life, it instinctively attacks any moving prey, and may leave behind living droplets that slowly eat away at- or even puppet- apparent survivors. To treat this infection, drain the ink and trap it by painting a non-representative artwork. Do not, under any circumstances, dot any eyes.
Diagnostic Field Guide Page 19
Blinkies:
Living ink mixed with "wonder" produces a strange, stretchy, mischievous creature when applied to the page. These inky dragons don'y seem fully real; any visible marks they leave on an object quickly reverse themselves, as if the universe were correcting an error. However, they may interact normally with objects that aren't there. Perhaps because of these effects, perceiving a blinky has a deleterious effect on consciousness itself, introducing distortions unique to each individual and situation. Currently, there is no known way to reverse the process, nor is there any guaranteed way to prevent exposure once you've attracted a blinky's attention.
(Actually, though she could never afford a full degree, Antiplague is an honest and hardworking doctor who puts accurate research second only to the wellbeing of her patients. She looked up to the doctors she'd known in her hatchling days, before she'd moved to the Scarred Wasteland with her adoptive siblings, and doesn't quite accept the fact that most weenies don't want to be cured.)
