Greetings. I'm not much to talk, but I wasn't living up to my old clan's standards as a protector. Let's say that they thought I was too easy to trick. The truth is I was napping quite often, so my guard was down. My siblings knew of my habit and encouraged me to go on the search for a charge to protect so I can prove that I'm capable of my species's job as a guardian.

After traveling quite a distance, I was offered a place among this clan that was lacking a guardian. It turns out that I don't need to worry about my napping habits with the strange dragon, Mimic, around; she has some contraptions that create a lot of noise when triggered. "Noisemakers" is what she calls them. Pulling a trick like that is worthy of a Shadow clan's interest, so I'm not caring that she reads off as prey to my senses.

I'm going to keep at my post and protect this clan and all of its members with my life. Yes, even that strange dragon is part of my charge...

And I have a fascination with gold objects, though I don't care about keeping any...Except maybe Elrond.
