Lothair is massive. As the largest dragon in the Clan, others respect him unquestionably. Even if Lothair would never hurt another of his clan mates, some fear him. Because of this he's always cautious when standing near the nesting grounds or smaller dragons. Those who aren't intimidated by his size, come to him for advice. He is the unlikely Clan Adviser because of his wisdom and ability to solve problems.

He takes it upon himself to use his size as an advantage. He is often asked to be a shield from the snow, and shade from the summer sun by the other dragons. Most of the Imperials unspoken duties is using their wings to block out harsh weather.His wings are absurdly small but lets ignore that.

His own love and desire to have offspring led to him breeding with Soleil, although they both understand that Lothair has no interest in having a mate, or mating. But his dreams to have hatchlings persuaded him to reproduce.
