General
Not so much a true member of Kirnoba clan as a refugee from another region. He's offered his help around the lair and a peace pledge in exchange for lodging and protection. Though he initially never meant to stay more than a few days, some unforeseen attachments to certain clanmates arose during his time here and he's been hesitant to leave. Though the leaders have already accepted him as family, he insists that he'll be on his way once he's finished all his business, whatever that entails.

Rumors concerning Zeegan's past, his identity and his motivations seem to pop up in gossip circles all the time. Though his eyes may suggest he was hatched in the Arcanist's domain, he has yet to display any elemental magic or typical Arcane traits to back this up. Some are convinced that the eye color is false and meant to conceal his true elemental affinity; for what reason he would want to do this, however, fewer dragons have chanced to guess.
