Wiz surprisingly enough has almost no fighting experience and isn't very large for a Guardian. This doesn't matter much, as most of the time his only job is to stop the hatchlings from doing anything stupid. He doesn't mind his job though, he loves seeing the new hatchlings and helping them learn about what they love to do.
The hatchlings and his former charges go to him for advise or if they feel they are in danger of anything. He listens and tries to give advise, keeping anything they talk about secret unless otherwise specified.
