Mikain is a male Imperial from the Sea of a Thousand Currents. His odd coloring made other dragons think that he’d be a rather fun and happy-go-lucky dragon, with all that pink. However, they were incredibly surprised when they saw that Mikain was actually quite a serious dragon. But he still knew how to take a joke, and tried not to let his seriousness make him unapproachable. His large stature and mystical aura made him highly respected.

Mikain is a shaman for the hunters of the clan. He’s quite the trained hunter himself, but he prefers not to, unless he’s absolutely needed. Before the hunt, he blesses the hunters, praying for a good hunt. When he’s staying at the lair, he trains future hunters, and constantly studies up on shamanic texts. He’s constantly learning new things, so he can pass them on to future generations of hunters, and even future shamans. His magical ability is quite strong, making him a powerful shaman, and one that’s highly respected in the clan. No one dares to cross him, as being a hunter and a power shaman both, he’s a force to be reckoned with.

He’s quiet and mainly keeps to himself, thought he doesn’t mind interacting with others. He’s more than willing to share his shamanic and hunting knowledge with others. He doesn’t like large crowds, though, and avoids them the best he can. He doesn’t mind a crowd of hatchlings, though, and actually loves interacting with the youngsters. They find his bright colors fascinating and love crawling and climbing on his large body. He hasn’t yet found a mate, but while he’s not actively looking, he wouldn’t in pursuing a relationship with another dragon. Passing his shamanic abilities through his bloodline is one of his goals in life.

Mikain isn’t a fighter, despite being a hunter, but should any danger befall the clan, he is more than willing to jump in and defend it. The wolf pelt he wears shows his hunter roots, and the birdskulls he wears shows his mystic position. He will use his large size to intimidate opponents first, before going in for the first strike. And when he does strike, he is merciless—quick, clean kills are what he likes. After all, he’s a hunter—the cleaner the kill, the more you have left to eat. And the quicker it is, the less that creature had to suffer. But, for the most part, Mikain is very laid back, and won’t strike unless heavily provoked.
