Somewhat snooty in her demeanor, she honestly means well. Honest and blunt are the words that best describe her as she likes to speak her mind often, which can disgruntle a number of dragons. With seemingly no filter, she tends to criticize a bit too much and isn't too popular with the dragons of her age.

Prim and proper, she likes to clean her wings and warm herself under the sun.

Sharp of eye and of mind, Celeste searches for old relics rather than food-stuffs. She drags her whiskers along the ground to feel for any objects she misses. Once she finds an item, she scrutinizes it very thoroughly and loudly. Celeste takes her job seriously, as she loves finding pretty things from the past. She finds Moxy's ways of scavenging as savage and disgusting.

Hatched and raised in the steely towers of the Shifting Expanse, Celeste was spoiled to death by her parents. Knowing toil from the beginning, Celeste and her siblings worked to collect metal parts and scraps to give to the older dragons living around their lair. She loved the feeling of finding curious things in the hard stone, inspiring her to consider scavenging in the future.

When she grew old enough to care for herself, she wished to explore the lands outside the Expanse. Packing a bag, she bid her family farewell and set off. Flying across the vast Water territory, sparks from her wings zapped the churning waters and upset the Maren living there. They threw their poison spears at her, hitting her wing and making her crash land in the Tangled Wood.

Sure that she was done for, Celeste was wishing she was home again with her family. She was quickly found by a scrolling Xenon and Dynamo. Realizing their new friend was in danger, Dynamo flew to the lair for help while Xenon comforted Celeste as they waited. Flaremist managed to help extract the poison and was lucky enough to bring her to full health without the assistance of a doctor.

Because of her rough start, she found her journey to see all the lands cut short and now stays with the Shadow clan that helped her through the worst.

Scared of the prospect of living near the Maren, Celeste pleaded to Ivette to let her stay on land. But Ivette was stubbornly insistent that her best scavenger come with. Expressing her concerns to her confidant Xenon, the Coatl told her to stand firm and that he'd speak with Ivette in her stead.

In the end Celeste was forced to move tot he Water Faction lair. As soon as she settled into her slippery rock nest, she had contracted a withering disease. It seemed that her body had already acclimated to the dark hollows of the Tangled Wood and were rejecting the Sea's waters. Seeing this, Ivette allowed Celeste to return to the shore and live there as compromise. The withering disease has stopped spreading but the side effects still linger in the Imperial's body.

As much as she respected Ivette's leadership, she is concerned about the moving of territory. The new dangers they'll face from the Beast Clans and wildlife make her nervous just thinking about it.
