A typical mischievous Shadow dragon with all the sneaky "borrow first, ask later" traits of her species, Rot not only loves the nighttime, but uses it to her advantage. Her dark, macabre colours are perfect for blending in with the shadows so that she can pop out, bristling and intimidating, and scare the living daylights out of her clanmates, which is "great fun." The reddish shade of her wings doesn't help, either-- she's learned to angle them just so to make it look like blood glistening in the moonlight. Very alarming.
Despite her prankster nature, Rot really is a good dragon, apart from stirring up trouble. She's surprisingly adept with healing potions and poultices (the ingredients of which she "borrows"), as well as creating other objects and concoctions, which would make her an excellent candidate for becoming an alchemist... were she not so focused on patrolling and sneaking about at night.
