Circe does not fit any exact descriptions; she is very adaptable and demeanor changes depending on the situation. Around strangers, she acts serious, even slightly aggressive. But once she warms up to someone, she is dependable, trustworthy and fun.
Circe joined the Clan when it was barely a small group of dragons, not the grand system it represents now. From the very beginning she showed her affinity for the subtle arts, and soon proved to be one of the greatest witches to ever step upon the lands of Sornieth. Of course it did take her a while to reach full potential, but under Lichenne's watchful eye she thrived and became what she is today.
The Hatchlings and younger dragons refer to her as 'the Witch', because, let's be honest, Circe is not the easiest name to spell. The Imperial chose it herself, as she did not quite remember her birth name.
Whenever new dragons wander into the Clan, she teaches them everything they need to know about their ways of living and general rules. Circe is, besides a great witch, a very good mediator and she is able to keep her cool in tense situations.
As a Council Member, Circe is very inventive and she often comes up with new ideas, in matters of lair designing, politics and alliances. She likes to guess what will happen next, a habit which annoys Nightfall, the Seer, quite a lot. Because sometimes her guesses turn out to be correct.
