Sapphire left her home clan as soon as she grew in confidence. She had decided that she no longer wanted to live in the shadows. She retraced her sisters footsteps, determined to be reunited with the sibling that had become Sapphire's whole world. Wherever she went dragons recognised the flower crown on her head and told her stories about the beautiful female imperial who had gathered many admirers and friends on her quest to start a clan that took inspiration from every flight. The female imperial with a crown made of violet flowers. Sapphire was told that the imperial queen was never seen without that crown. Sapphire continued to explore many places and experienced the cultures of many different clans until finally she reached The Sea of a Thousand Currents. As she was resting by its waters a Maren Ambusher leaped out of the waves but when he saw the flower crown he stopped his attack and bowed his head. "I was once spared by an imperial similar to yourself. She too wore a flower crown made of violets. She rescued the mermaid I love. I owe her my happiness, I owe her your life. I will take you to her." Sapphire travelled with the Maren for many days and nights and the two grew close. He told her about his family, his wife and two children, who waited for him, held captive as an incentive for him to bring home dragon prisoners. Sapphire contemplated the situation before offering to try and rescue the Maren's family. |

Sapphire had been trained by two of the greatest warriors in Sornieth and she found it easy to break into the enemy camp and carry out the Maren's wife and children on her back. The Maren pledged his allegiance to Sapphire and made an oath to follow Sapphire wherever she went. The two are now inseparable and Sapphire always keeps a watchful eye over the members of her friend's family.
The Maren led her to clan Prophecy where the two sisters broke down weeping in each others wings. Sapphire could not be happier and loves every clan member with all of her heart. You will now find her teasing her older sister, battling her niece, chasing her familiar's children around in the water or spending time with her mate, Morokei.
