Clan leader and former right hand to Novox Valerious, Merlot was delivered by Novox himself from one of the Gladekeepers seed pods. As his name suggests he was initially stationed maintaining the the gladekeepers grande vineyard however, after a season of fending off the poaching attempts of a bunch of jealous fae from the tangled wood, it was determined that his skill with combat, stealth and negotiation made him too valuble and he was reposted as part of the ambasadorial team to the shadow flight. its through this post, on diplomatic missions initially to the shadow flight then to others, that the initial member of the NV flight were found.
