Jip is the only apprentice to Draiochta. He feels at times that she treats him with little dignity and respect. Draiochta tries to keep their relationship a professional one but things do slip up every once in a while. If any hatchlings result in a "slip up" they are Immediately sent away so that Saphire never finds out, or it could be their heads.
