About:

Hroar is a force to be reckoned with. Before he had appeared with Dwyn and Ereth at his side, the lair was unprotected, but this wasn't why, or how, they ended up here. Hroar left his original, miserable, clan lair by choice as a hatchling with his faithful and loving Graveyard Guardian, wandering and fighting every day for his life. He was cunning and he was strong, but he knew he wouldn't last alone forever, he needed people to call family and care for, a place to call home.
Not yet willing to return to the lair lifestyle, he found two other lost souls in his travels. Ereth, who had been all but abandoned by his parents when they were sacrificed to the plaguebringer and Dwyn, who was outcasted by his lair for being the unruly troublemaker that he continues to be to this day.

Ereth simply wanted to get out and see the world his parents were taken away from, but when he did he found that he was too weak to handle the threats. That's when Hroar crossed his path and saved his life, Ereth felt as though he owed Hroar for it and tagged along, against his better judgement, becoming his first partner in the life of a vagabond. Hroar thereafter taught Ereth how to fend for himself and he is forever in debt.

While Ereth was grown, older than him in fact, Dwyn (when found) was still a mere hatchling and was essentially raised by Hroar. He considers Dwyn to be a son (though he had many, many children in his travels, of which most he did not even know existed). How a child of the wind had ended up wandering the plague, he'll never know. He thinks those he once called family may have dropped him off there and left him for dead. It's a wonder how gentle and loving he is now with hatchlings, despite his tough childhood. Though he's not one to forgo rough-housing. Dwyn takes his current niche in training as jokingly as possible.

In their travels, they stumbled upon this quaint, small light flight gathering of dragons who were more than unprotected to the elements of the cruel world they'd endured and it reminded him of his poor father Bloodmaw who also happened to be of the light flight and was a slave to his cold hearted mother, Terra, a veteran of the Silent Stone.
In the name of his father and to spite his mother, he would call this place home.

Since his arrival, he has since fallen in love with Gaia and had three children with her. He loves them and his lair dearly, but his children remind him of his painful past and all the other children he's left behind. He can't look them in the eyes without feeling guilty.
