Dexfious was originally born a Mirror, being wholly devoted to the Gladeskeeper and his home. He was very young when he decided to leave for the more open parts of his land to create a clan of his own. He managed to have a small group of friendly followers, and they thrived together through thick and thin. Although, time quickly got the best of Dex, and his better days were soon behind him.

His nature-bound clan was small, but they were once closer than any family he ever knew. However, as the years slid by, other stronger, bigger clans encroached on their small haven and most members diffused into the neighboring clans, feeling safer in the larger numbers. Dex was soon left with nothing but memories, and a young Skydancer named Quin.

He grew to love the hatchling like a son.
