Unofficial council co-leader, and in charge of all of the sanctuary's warrior faction. After losing a duel with a Wildclaw in her native clan she was exiled to roam the scarred wasteland, expected to succumb to the deadly landscape or those within it. She roamed across the landscape for months until finding Galena and coming to an agreement to form a clan of their own.

Her clanmates are often surprised by the ferocity of her fighting style and the various tricks she uses to make up for her size. She is a ruthless commander in battle and has won many battles for her clan. Her bodyguard Araceli tends to intimidate foes with her size if Tourmaline is unable to do so herself. One of her greatest prides is her rose garden which is her favorite place to rest.
