Lucy

The matriarch and leader of the Avalar clan, despite being smaller than most of the dragons living under her guidance.

Lucy's origins were unknown to her, having hatched from an egg that was uncovered by a sheltered clan of Faes. She was born with little to no pigmentation, which made her a radiant beacon among the moonlit trees of Starwood Strand. As interesting of a subject as she was to study, many in the clan feared Lucy would attract unwanted attention, and banished her from the only home she knew.

This began her grand search for where she truly belonged, traversing eastward through lands that are quite perilous for a Fae, before finally settling in Sunbeam Ruins. Upon seeing the Lightweaver's welcoming smile, Lucy knew she was home.

Lucy perseveres to keep her clan as open-minded and welcoming as possible, and rarely hesitates to accept a dragon with open arms. She is quite accustomed to being dismissed as the clan leader due to her size and demeanor, but remains civil, knowing that the naysayers eventually see the light.

Her familiar was a personal gift from the Lightweaver, so that she would never be left alone.
