Biography

14020754_350.png
[Mate ???]
Job: Lore Keeper, Mage
Cis, Bisexual

When he was alone, Kileth began to notice... the voices.

These voices aren't of other Dragons, to be sure; having spent all of his life in the Sunbeam Ruins, he was familiar with most ancient languages that have been studied. No, these voices spoke without words, but it's nothing like the humming language of Coatls. The voices spoke in whispers like the sound of the wind, and what's more concerning is that he believes he has begun to understand them.

He spent many hours in the Hewn City searching for answers, but the time spent alone - as he couldn't bring himself to tell his fellow clanmates - has brought more questions; each passing day the voices grew more and more pronounced, particularly at night when the sun's light was missing from the world. Finally, feeling his sanity beginning to slip, he decided to finally see someone about it.

He searched through the Hewn City, finally finding what he was searching for; a shaman, someone who might have the answers he desperately wanted: how to rid himself of these accursed voices? The shaman only had to hold his claws before knowing what it was, and Kileth could barely comprehend the answer:

He was cursed, remnants of the Shade having invaded his very being.

Kileth was shocked; how could something like this happen, and was there any way to cure himself of it before the Shade took over his being entirely? The shaman only gave him his single clue:

'Find the Light that shines Brightest at Night.'

What could that possibly mean? Kileth spent hours trying to find any clues, but he finally came to the realization; he couldn't do this alone. Without much choice, he finally decided that today, he was going to tell his clanmates about his curse; they might be able to help him find a way to end it...

Despite the constant threat of the slow moving shade that soon may one day take over him completely, Kileth manages to stay positive when other dragons would have most likely given up. The reason for it is, is that he knows his clan mates will be able to help him figure out a way to get rid of the horrid shade, and also he knows he has quite sometime before his situation becomes far to dangerous to handle, among other things his job as lorekeeper help keeps his mind off of the voices for a little while. Something he is quite greatful for.
