Personality

Tara is dedicated to her clan. Since the very foundation of it she has done everything in her power to make sure it flourishes. As a Fae it was hard for her because of how her species communicates which made it rather hard to talk to other dragons who joined the clan, plus not many dragons would want to follow a leader who easily forgets things and can’t fly on their own. However it didn’t discourage her and she keeps being optimistic of her clan’s future.

History

Tara was one of these dragons who was hatched near their species origin place. But doesn’t remember much about her motherhood colony, as in personal details. It was large and eventually the cliff side collapsed, causing Tara to sustain a head injury, and the remaining members to set in search for a new place to raise their young and rebuild the family. Unfortunately Tara was forgotten in the ruins of the former home. They simply couldn’t find her under the rubble. When Tara woke up she realized that the colony left her and the missing parts in her memory.

She set out in search of a new home and a possibility to start her own clan like some of the dragon’s she used to know did.

However due to her injury she was still more hurt and disoriented than she realized and ended up crashing during her way, causing her to injure her wings. She was found by a dragon serving Shadowbinder. During her healing the magic powers of the Shadow Territory impacted her so much, possibly due to the holes in her memory that she became a shadow dragon. That dragon helped her by making these wings which would help her to fly properly again. During the time where she was relearning to fly again with the mechanical wings she met her familiar, Alo. Alo is a Death Seeker. Once she recovered enough she bid farewell to that dragon and left to settle into her new lair.

About a month after the big baby boom Cristaline, her mate, decides to leave to join and serve under the Plaguebrinder. The decision comes seemingly out of nowhere after he returns from a scouting mission into the deep of The Wyrmwound.

Health

Tara can’t fly without her mechanical wings, the most she can master is little hops and flutters, she never takes the wings off unless they need to be repaired. For these reasons she also never goes anywhere alone, in fear of having her wings broken and not being able to come back.
In human form this expresses in immobility below her waist.
Along with that she also sometimes has trouble remembering things due to the head injury she sustained early on in her life.

Wi found Tara after Cristaline did. At first Tara was a bit weary of such a large dragon trying to take care of her, but she quickly warmed up to Wi’s motherly nature and accepted her help.

Best Friend-
One of the reasons Rosita and Tara became such good friends could be Tara’s disability, since Rosita is the one who she spends time with for her physical therapy. But aside from that it could be their optimistic nature.
