I enjoyed reading Wake’s story - they’re a really intriguing character and I like them a lot! Their apparel definitely gives them an adventurous look - suitable for a pilot! I love the soft blues and the light purple, it adds some gentleness, and the rogue cape looks perfect on them. I also greatly appreciate the bird theme :)

Streak's name: Flitterskips
Plague Days:
How odd they would have to leave The Windswept Plateau before finding a Wind clan to call home. Wake joined Avis Calvariam while the clan was stranded in the Wasteland. They were something of a stray themself, having wandered from their birth lair without the foggiest idea of where exactly they were headed. A downed airship wasn’t on their list of imagined destinations, but they decided it was as good as any.Curious about the flying craft - or, at least, what was supposed to be a flying craft - they approached the pilot, Flitter, and showered the Nocturne with questions. Flitter was a little hesitant at first. After all, working with a Wildclaw hadn’t exactly worked out in his favor the last time, but he soon relented to young Wake’s curiosity. They were an eager student, thrilled to master the controls and terminology despite the fact that the ship wasn’t expected to budge for some time. But with the former co-pilot, Povu, off to hope her luck was better in another clan, the opening was available. So, naturally, Wake jumped for it. Unfortunately, their mentor never saw the ship rise again. It was with a heavy heart that Wake took their friend’s place and steered their new family to safety with an empty space beside them. Wake was happy for the opportunity The Wasteland offered them, but that it took their dear friend is a bitter reality.
The Cloudsong:
Wake has enjoyed every moment spent in The Cloudsong, getting to know the clan better and eagerly sparring with their clanmates to sharpen their claws and reflexes. When they're not training or futzing around with the navigational equipment, they can be found browsing the shelves of the library and listening intently as Arrow recounts his old adventures. Wake and Ocelot get along famously, and, subsequently, Teiran as well. Though they try very hard to keep the over-eager Fae away from the cockpit and controls - especially after she plowed poor Toska right out of the sky. |
