Vanguard

Vanguard has been part of the lair for quite some time, but one always got the feeling that he was a bit restless. He was the first Imperial to arrive, but hadn't figured out how best to assert himself. Being Plague-born, he originally took naturally to the bone aesthetic, and the crown of bones helped boost his ego, but he still felt something was missing.

Not until he was scouted for the Coliseum did he feel he had found his calling. Since he's thus far on the strongest team the lair has seen, and is the only male in the trio, he believes himself an alpha male. But, instead of taking his pick of females, through the struggles of battle, he and Greyspire formed a bond forged in blood. Both had previously mated with others, but none of that mattered - they were partners, equally matched in power and determination. Arcana, their teammate, actively encouraged their union. As of 6/26, they are a monogamous pair.

Vanguard, now solidifying his role as a battle-hardened veteran, is seeking to complete his Bloodscale armor set, matching his mate's fearsome Ebony Filigree.
