The horrors may be unrelenting, but so am I.
Though he's been part of the clan longer than any of the other remaining dragons, Daenero doesn't spend much time at the lair. There are far too many Shade creatures wandering Sornieth these days, which haven't been torn to pieces yet, and he can't have that. Don't be fooled by his celestial companion; there's nothing pious about his crusade. Daenero just likes to fight. But his eagerness to get to grips with the forces of primal darkness works out fine for the Lightweaver, who's given him her blessing anyway. When Daenero does show up at the lair, he usually only stays long enough to deliver a rapid-fire report on the most recent enemy activity - and perhaps have some minor injuries patched up, if he can be persuaded to hold still long enough. If he's spotted something particularly nasty, he might also swing by and ask Carborundum if she'd like a piece of the action.
