Ember has a curious affliction. He has the odd urge to eat lava. Or anything super hot like burning embers and melted metals. He's fire-proof outside and inside so this isn't much of a problem, besides when whatever he eats blocks up his insides or something. As a result of his eating habits, as it's not exactly standard dragon diet, a lot of it comes back up, making it seem like he's constantly drooling lava.

Ember is the secondary forgekeeper after Hematite. He is the one who maintains the flames within the ovens and keeps everything burning. Like the chief, he practically lives in the forge, rolling around in the molten metals and keeping everything nice and hot with his lava drool.
