Water Flight Subspecies: Snapper Shark
Much like the whale sharks found in scraps and depictions of pre-Sornieth lore, these aquatic giants tend to grow larger than other Snapper subspecies, though their size is quite possibly one of the only intimidating things about them. They love travelling through the ocean at their own leisurely pace, feeling the sunshine on their dappled backs and the cool water on their bellies, listening to the serenity of the sea and the whispers of prophecies that escape from the bubbles coming from the Tidelord's keep. While sometimes they may warn others of what they hear or assist in battles, they are much better suited as storytellers than soldiers.

Their mellow dispositions are well known throughout the oceans; it's not uncommon to see them assisting dragons smaller or less aquatically gifted than themselves by giving them rides on their backs. The only true danger these dragons hold is to the local flora and fauna populations - much like their size and kindness, Snapper Sharks (or "snarks" for short) are known to be able to devour their own weight in sweet sea grass and small shellfish in a matter of minutes.
