Long Lost Sister of Lady Illusion




Mirage was a tiny hatchling when her parents and siblings mysteriously disappeared. All she can remember is being laid to bed in the nest by her mother one night, then awakening later only to find that she could no longer see. Her panic in her suddenly lost sense led her to flee the spot she had been laying in. She wandered for many days, until she was taken in by a clan of dragons. They taught her to get around and live her life without use of her eyes. She was eternally grateful to them for their help, but sensed it was her time to leave. With some food in a small fabric pack that they sent her off with, she began a new journey. She didn't go very far, or so it seemed to her, when she had stumbled upon the scent of a large lair. Xanthios had spotted her and had immediately thought that their ally Lady Illusion had come to visit. He galloped over only to find that though her scent was familiar, it was not the dragon he had expected to find. He led her to Lady Celt's dens, with Warcry as an extra escort. Celt had seen her and without hesitation greet her. "Hello Leader Illusion." Mirage snorted and corrected her, though she pointed out that she was almost sure that she had a sibling with that name, or something similar. Celt was genuinely confused, which prompted a chuckle from Xan, whom was silenced by a sharp hiss. Celt dismissed the three from her den, making it clear to Mirage that she was to remain in the lair. Mirage didn't fight it, sensing that the older guardian's words, although blunt and mysterious, were not of ill intent. She was shown to a comfortable den and has remained ever since.

Blacksmith Sif has taken a liking to the guardian for being patient and willing to listen, yet still willing to have fun. She crafted all of the large dragoness' armor by hand and helped her get it all on. Aavyko provided the silks when asked, and he even adjusted them to male sure they accentuated Mirage's form.
