Usually called pretty boy. Trillian grew up in rainforests, playing with snakes and other dangerous creatures. He had a strong bond with Maren, liking to sit by the ocean and talk to them, learning their languages and customs. His and the other coatls' love of rhyming proved endearing and appealing to the Maren, which helped a lot as well.

He was designated female when he hatched. He tolerated it, not understanding what he was feeling. But as he grew he became more frustrated, more angry, more uncomfortable- and he broke, running away and came to the Wispwillow Grove. He was greeted with the usual treatment of visitors, Tang, Sapphire and Leto having some fun and doing a bit of intimidation. He was terrified at first, just trying to defend and hide himself, but when they called him a girl and used she/her pronouns, he snapped again. He yelled and fought back at the startled dragons, furious that he was once again being forced back into the gender role that he hated. Sapphire was first to react, furious, and threw herself at Trillian. But Tang realized what was going on and what Trillian was feeling. He held back Sapphire, ad calmly apologised to Trillian, correcting himself and calming his mates. Sapphire and Leto apologised as well, explaining Tang's gender and his experience. They invited him to stay with them for a time if he had no other place to go.

When Trillian met Jasper, the two stayed together. They were almost inseparable and a powerful pair, willing to die or kill for each other. They are revered as some of the fiercest mates that the clan has ever seen.
