    Once part of a terrifying band of raiders that terrorized the borders between the Scarred Wasteland and the Starfall Isles, Sapphirus joined the Bluntgale Clan after they nursed him back to help following a botched raid. While he's had a rough past, he does his best to get past it; he's more or less completely forsaken his past actions and works now for the good of his clan and any who need help, although he stays mostly put due to fears of enemies lingering from his sordid past.

    Fatherhood in particular has done him a great service. His son Sunarch is his pride and joy, and he's greatly protective of his son. In some cases, it's almost comedic due to their size difference and his son's dramatic personality, but despite his temper having softened, Sapphirus is still prone to violent tendencies and can be quite the fighter when angered.

    His hobbies include sewing, knitting, reading, and storytelling, though he tones the stories down quite a bit for the hatchlings.
