Idolite is a liar. But worse than that, he makes sure to put just enough truth in everything he says to make absolutely sure nothing he says can be completely disregarded. He is charismatic, friendly, and generally a joy to be around; this is something he strives to cultivate. Never giving a straight answer, he is the riddlemaster of the clan.

Stories have always been Idolite's craft. Before the Variance, he was the storyteller of the clan, adored by everyone, but particularly the hatchlings. He would spend hours regaling them with tales of his home, the Sea of a Thousand Currents. He and his mate Echo spent nearly all their time with the younglings, a task they adored.
