____Coeus is a very superstitious dragon. He's a fierce believer in fate and astrology (though his mate would argue that they're both ridiculous. That's exactly what a Virgo would say Huriana.) He joined the clan, because as a Gemini, yellow is his color. He felt he could better reach his potential as a dragon if he were surrounded by it. He's a bit impulsive, wanting to live life. To him, a life of boredom is not a life worth living. Family's very important to him, and it's a rare moment that he's not overflowing with pride for his children. He likes to stay in close contact with his past mates, and considers their families a part of his own.

____His first mate was a lovely Aries imperial by the name of January. She shared his spontaneity and though they tended to wind each other up, that only seemed to fan the flames of their romance. They bore 4 beautiful children, all of whom proudly serve among Lightweaver's ranks. Their relationship was extinguished when, following a major battle, January departed to another clan. She returned sporadically and took up another mate to bear an heir to take her place, before finally settling in her new Arcane clan. He misses her at times, but is glad to know she's now happy.

____His next mate was the gorgeous Gemini imperial by the name of Nikita. She was intense in everything she did. Despite her serious exterior, she had a dry sense of humor that she seemed to only share with him. Eventually they found their interests branched in different directions, and they split amicably. They're still close friends now and are training together. Of their four children, 3 serve Lightweaver, while the fourth, Leto, remains in the clan. Coeus is closest to Leto of all his children, and the is infinitely proud of her and her family.

____His current mate, Huriana, is unlike any of his previous mates. The Virgo Coatl is rigid and controlling. She loosens up at times, but they often butt heads. He does really admire her beauty and intelligence (though they have very different ways for solving issues.) He can admit that she has been a barrier between him and some awful decisions in the past (though he still puts up a fight whenever she tries to stop him from acting impulsively). While he finds himself equal parts charmed and frustrated with her, he does wonder what keeps her with him. That, however, is a question that is sure to lead to an argument he doesn't particularly want to have. Their daughter Lorette is sweet, if a bit quiet. She takes after Coeus the most in appearance, but she's the one he can relate to the least.
