Valeria is based on a very specific OC of mine, and as a consequence, a lot of her lore would mesh even LESS with FR canon than my usual fare. Oh well!

OR - Why yes, I blew 750k on a Companion Comet and you can't do anything about it. :D

Intended mate - Imperial / White Crystal, Emerald Facet, White Underbelly/Glimmer. This is just wishful thinking at this point TBH.
It's understandable to believe that the only world - nay, universe - that exists is one's own, but what if this wasn't the case? What if, beyond what we know, exist other universes?

These universes are never meant to cross, of course. A rift between universes ensures that, and most unlucky enough to fall into the rift - either through unfortunate circumstance or deliberate but ill-fated experimentation - are simply destroyed. Sometimes, however, the rift makes exceptions. Where it means to destroy, it instead corrupts; it changes a being to serve its own whims; whatever they may be.

Valeria is - or more correctly, was - an unfortunate dragon who fell into the rift and survived. She simply should not be, and yet, she is. Though she appears to be an unusually patterned Skydancer, this might in fact be an illusion created by the minds of those unable to comprehend her true form. She is no deity, but she holds powers that defy the rules of Sornieth nonetheless. She hoards and protects whatever strikes her fancy, while the things that displease her simply... stop being.

It is unclear why she has made her home in this lair, or what she hopes to achieve... but whatever her grand schemes are, she patiently waits for her chance to enact them.

"In time, all will return to the Rift."
