Half-sibling to Rukh, and member of the clan's researchers. She spent much of her childhood following around her father and observing the work of clan scholars like Hera, and when the time came for her to choose a pursuit of her own, she desired nothing more than to do the same kind of research and study as those who she had most admired, growing up.

Though she's quite scrawny, Charity has none of her father's characteristic quietude. She loves a good debate, and speaks her mind plainly. Now that she's coming into her own, in fact, she has taken on the increasingly vital task of handling diplomatic situations of delicacy with trade partners who do not appreciate Nehara's unusually lenient policies on theft, interaction with Beast Clans, and rabble-rousing in general. It's a somewhat strange position to be in, defending the honor of a rowdy gaggle of mischief-makers, but Charity enjoys it and she's good at it, and couldn't be happier.

Most recently, the clan came into the presence of a Harpy prince. Given their sometimes rocky relations with the reclusive, combative harpies, there was concern that the Talonok would be seeking this misplaced young creature and come to Nehara ready for war. With Charity's help, however, the clan was able to approach its existing harpy allies and determine that he had, in fact, outlived his entire squadron. Once he saw others of his kind were friendly with the draconic members of Nehara, he seemed to be very relieved, and agreed to tell Charity his story.

Skandranon has since become friendly towards Charity, and she has helped him to reach out to another wing of his homeland to let them know of his survival and establish, hopefully, some positive relations with them to protect their future, should they have need of his services. He is adept with magic and can defend himself, but he has expressed interest more than once in possibly remaining among the clan to learn more about dragonkind, and Charity has vouched for him in private to Achernar.
