Chlorociboria

Talus croons softly, skittering close to the weak young Imperial dragon. She pauses only a breath's width away, inspecting her, and looks towards Elan. "Is...is it growing from inside of her?"

Elan traces a claw carefully over the tender cap of a small blue mushroom that grows from Chlorociboria's side and then, slowly, she nods. Similar little mushrooms seem to be growing in other spots on the Imperial - on her wings, on her face, on her long body. "It is making her weak. It is turning her body into food. If her body does not find a way to work together with it, then she will die."

Talus whimpers quietly and lays at Chlorociboria's side. A soft song lifts into the air as Elan continues to examine the hatchling.

"Where did the Bramble Guardian come from?"

Elan glances down at the familiar and Chlorociboria from her perch on the fleshy branch that Elios is curled around. Her crests flairs slightly and then lowers as if in a draconic shrug, and she turns her gaze to the questioning Spiral.

"It came into the lair not too long ago. Despite the fact that it could be food for many of us in the lair, it was not scared off. It went straight to Chlorociboria and laid down next to her. Her health appears to have improved greatly since it arrived."
