Glazefalcon

The Narcissist

Glazefalcon has a vanity issue, and had been doing two things for the most of his life - trying out different gene scrolls, and picking through his offsprings. He had found, to his dismay, that none of the primary genes suit him at all. Without the primary gene he feels naked but he has problem putting on any existing genes since he has something nasty to say to each one of them. He likes the new crystal gene but he still think it's not good enough for him.

He also likes to see if any of his offsprings inherits his pretty crimson body, but for quite a period of time he had been looking at the kids and disappointed by them being rust, tomato, or any other shades of red other than crimson. On several occasions he had expressed his disappointment to his wife, Elvenfalcon, and that annoyed her greatly. She now gives him the nasty look whenever they have a nest and he quickly learnt to hold his tongue to avoid a fight with his wife, which he never wins.

Just recently his wife had picked up a tattoo scroll from the Tattooist and gave him as a wedding gift. He loves how it compliments his beautiful crimson body and he no longer feels the need to find a suitable gene. He now spends more time in front of a mirror grinning to his reflection than anything else, though he at least had the decency not to ignore his wife when he's needed.

Elvenfalcon silently watches him across the room and sighs inside.
