Firefly grins, tapping his claws together and waiting for an answer. When no answer comes, he can’t resist the urge to give one himself.

“It’s a hoard! Every dragon has a hoard made of different things!”

Oh boy. This dragon is clearly in love with bad rhymes and worse riddles. He wanted to be a writer when he was younger, but soon realized it was out of the question. After all, he never actually learned to read.

Instead, he learned to play the lute. There’s always a need for traveling minstrels, and Firefly fills that need. He can often be found at Rubyshimmer’s tavern— performing for the patrons there in exchange for gold and compliments. And oh does he enjoy compliments.

Of course, you can’t build a hoard on compliments alone. When he isn’t cracking bad jokes or playing his lute at the tavern, Firefly is at the market. He loves to purchase different bits and baubles to fill up his horde. Like any good dragon, he’s incredibly attracted to shiny objects. He loves jewels and gems. While he isn’t quite rich enough to collect many of them now, he hopes to have a very impressive hoard some day.

Until then, he’ll just have to make do.
