Zenara

The Ridgeback adjusted her hat, staring out at the blue expanse. On the horizon, blue waves shimmered, pink mountains pierced the sky, and red and black clouds roiled over two different lands.
"Alrighty, where are we headed, lads?" She turned around with a grin, facing her crew. They paused in their work, looking up at the ridgeback on the prow.
"Shadow?" one suggested, shrugging.
"Fire, we need more metal," a Wildclaw complained.
"Or lightning, for electrical upgrades," a fae added.
Zenara thought for a minute. "Well, the Shifting Expanse and Ashfall Wastes are... You know. In chaos. But you're both right, we do need materials. Let's try the Cloudsong first, it's on the way!"
She jumped off to the side of the ship, drifting alongside until she came level with the wheel, and grabbed on a rope, swinging herself back on deck. "Buckle up, we're turning!"
Dragons scrambled for ropes, and a cadre of dragons rushed belowdecks, where the churning of engines was louder. Zenara gave them about ten seconds, before slamming the wheel to the right. The ship lurched and shuddered as the wingsails tilted, and dragons who weren't fast enough slid across the deck, cackling madly or looking terrified.
Zenara let out a wild whoop as the ship straightened, and slammed a big red button hosted next to the wheel. Upbeat music filtered through the ship, played through bamboo pipes, and the crew regained their footing, some singing along to the tune.
The Captain laughed joyously and yelled to the sky.
"Onwards and upwards!"

Though many thought that Treridae's prediction of a new leader meant the fall of the progenitors of Clan Myrkath, it has become apparent that the leader is to rule alongside the progenitors. Zenara has become captain of the clan's Skyship, leading the faction of the clan that traverses the Twisting Crescendo.
