"Gemstones keep"

As a small hatchling, Quarteck was easily mistaken as a gemstone, and she grew to get irritated every time somebody brought up the time they'd pick up what they thought was a rock and hear it suddenly shriek. She was proud of her looks, and always flew during the day so that her crystal scales would reflect and possibly blind another dragon ( Even Laevis would join in the little sport and compete to see who can blind the most dragons).

When it comes to treasure, Quarteck loves it. It's just as shiny as her, and she gets excited when more gems are added to the vault. More shiny things to add to the treasury! Protecting it from thieving dragons, as she simply paralyzes or blinds them, rather than just use her claws. Her bedding is made up of color reflective scales, and scales from crystal dragons who are shedding.
