Crackle is first a blacksmith and weapons master, and it is sometimes difficult to coax her away from her forge to attend Council meetings. When the clan was still young and in need of funds, Crackle formed a Coliseum team with Whisper, the head of Shadow Flight Studies, and Pansy, one of the first hatchlings of the clan founders. Crackle and Whisper grew very close, and became something like foster parents to Pansy.
