Kenway is a mechanist who drifted through flights with family and the caravans they worked in. Kenway grew up fixing whatever broke on the caravan’s trips. He had a knack for it and naturally fit into his first job. Luckily his family line had some links to higher ups which allowed him to get, while higher stressing jobs, higher pay as well. The only drawback that held him back at times was an accident that tore up his biggest pair of wings. Due to this, he can't really fly other than hovering. One of the caravans merged with another, and a member started following Kenway around. After the tundra showed he wasn't trying to be harmful and, in actuality, trying to help, Kenway softened to this Cassian. He supported his aspirations. The two grew close, and after Gira recruited Cassian, Kenway saw an opportunity, asked, and was able to get on the pay roll too. scry Basic ---> Glimmer

Cassian
Cassian is always trying to help when he can; Kenway admires that in him and tries his best to do the same for him in return. With how much Cassian did for him, it was the least he could do. Though Kenway is starting to feel more attached, he's fine with their relationship at the moment and doesn't feel like going any further anytime soon (totally not because he has a second roommate to worry about).
Church
Church came into Kenway's life by fighting some dragons harassing him and Cassian, showing up at his doorstep later that night, still very injured. Church was quickly interested in the wing guards Kenway was working on and started helping out, and that's what the two bonded over. Kenway goes to him and Cassian more often due to having little other relationships at the summit at the moment.
