Jalisco is Tipper and Evelyn's son, and it's a very fortunate reality that he lives with his current clan. While a very skilled tarot card reader and visualizer of the future, Jalisco is only good at seeing the more disastrous events of the future. This has proven helpful in some circumstances, but in most others its led to an insurmountable amount of worry for quite some time. While this would likely push other dragons to isolation, it's pushed Jalisco to adopt a more...oddly optimistic way of being a pessimist, encouraging people to shape their surely disaster-ridden future. Since the future is never definite, there's always something you can do make its outcome a more favorable one.
Or, fate IS predetermined and you're gonna get crushed in a cave-in. Who knows, honestly?
