Personality: Cecilia is a egotistic Skydancer. He enjoys showing what he can do to others and bragging about it. He excels in magic, specifically summoning. Whenever there is an opportunity, he will keep. talking.


Olga's journey took her to the Sunbeam Ruins where she met a lone Skydancer mage. He welcomed her into his homeland with a small celebration, creating light specters to add more...souls to the celebration. Olga observed the Skydancer's talkative behavior and his constant need to impress. She put together that he desired some sort of company and offered him a place in her expedition. He lovingly agreed and brought along his own tricks up his sleeves.

Cecilia is the representative for the Light Flight for Sturm Atsalis. He placed himself in the position of scribe and records the council meetings. When it is his turn to speak, however...it might take a while.
