Dekoro

This is Dekoro. While he was originally born in the Snowsquall Tundra, he was kidnapped as a hatchling and taken from the The Southern Icefield. However, Dekoro was cunning, and was able to escape from his kidnappers, but not before they had made their way across the sea. Disoriented and with no idea where he was, he trudged onwards further inland.

He made it through the Ashfall Waste with little trouble (and little food), but his fortune took a turn for the worse in the Shifting Expanse. Here, he was ambushed by a large group of Thunderstomps, who immediately surrounded him. With little hope of survival, he called out desperately for help, expecting no one to be listening. However, as fate would have it, The Lightweaver happened to be flying overhead at the exact moment, and rescued Dekoro from tragic fate.

Dekoro was taken to the Sunbeam Ruins, where he immediately put down roots at the bottom of The Beacon of the Radiant Eye, wanting to be as close to The Lightweaver, his savior, as possible. He lived there for quite some time, completely immersing himself in the ways of Light, and adopting almost every custom from the realm. Desperate to please The Lightweaver, he worked hard and studied harder, quickly becoming one of the smartest in the Sunbeam Ruins.

He never would have left the Sunbeam Ruins, if not for current clan leader Baldwyn specifically seeking him out to join this clan. Baldwyn had heard of Dekoro's story, and convinced him to join his clan in the Shifting Expanse in order to help the clan rid the area of monsters who are roaming the area, just like the ones who attacked him years ago.

While not a fighter himself, Dekoro acts as the highest council for our clan, and his vast knowledge is one of the crucial cornerstones of our clan. While he enjoys his new life in this clan, he is still loyal to The Lightweaver, and you can often catch him smiling off into the distance at The Beacon of the Radiant Eye, which is visible from his home in the Shifting Expanse, content knowing that the Ligthweaver is still watching over him from afar.
