Biography
Makrin = "Noble" in Avalonian
Makrin was the right-hand dragon of Hecate and Apollo when they ruled and was replaced as leader after they volunteered for exaltation. He left Tanadin's clan and joined Avalon after it was founded in hopes to assist in its structure. He was unpopular when he first became new leader, or "Xiir," mainly because he is of lightning decent, but he embraces ice culture and has slowly gained favor.
As Xiir, Makrin is kind, reasonable, and open-minded, but he has no problem when it comes down to laying down the law. Because of this, he is politically well-liked.
