B I O G R A P H Y

When Deepdweller and Eymergent moved from Plague to Light Flights, their entrance was not received. The majority of the dragons there simply didn't trust them - except for old Noimen. He was a record keeper of some sort, holder of tomes, and reader of messages. He was as old and well-worn as the sea, shown by the need for spectacles and the long, grumbling tones in which he spoke. He'd fathered many children, taken many mates, and stayed in the LIght Flight for so long that some claimed he'd spoken to the Lightweaver herself.

But old Noimen grew bored of the same place, day to day; the same thoughts and the same people. When he caught word that Eymergent and Deepdweller and their daughters were leaving, he stood up, brushed off his dust, and made his very slow but very steady way to Wind with them. They complained for a couple of days, but, eventually, they decided he would be worth their time. The real issue arose in the egg that Noimen so cautiously carried - but he waved off their concerns.

Noimen found himself to be the possessor of many a cookbook and as such has made himself useful as the Magic Mirror's premier chef. His slow, easy manner of speaking should not be taken as a testament to his abilities - some say the Magic Mirror's food is indeed enchanted for taste, and Noimen has yet to address these rumors. The egg he carried hatched into Guangao, his apprentice in arts both mystical and culinary, and the Imperials have made themselves quite at home in their new family.
