Backstory
You don't want to be here, but you don't have any other option. The infection throbs in your claws. It beats harder when you see her face. Her smile is too wide, too many teeth, and it makes you want to curl over your injury and growl. You know that wouldn't work. You know where she's from. If she sees your discomfort she either doesn't care or can't distinguish it, because she if over to you and prying your injured limb away from your chest to get a better look. Her smile gets impossibly wider and her practically vibrates in glee. "Oh, it's infected," she says, excitement in her voice, more for herself than you, "how excellent!" She drops your arm and slithers towards the back of her den, where a chair with leather restraints sits. She whirls back to where you stand. She has too many eyes. Too many teeth. Biography It was a sight, watching the Plague dragon tend to his flowers. His touch bid them to wilt, their leaves curling up and blackening underneath his fingertips. So he was very careful, coaxing the buds of the Maiden's blush to bloom with his covered hands and painstakingly practiced Nature magic. He longed to cradle the flower heads in his bare palms, and to kiss the petals with his lips--but he dared not, for fear of leaving death in his wake. Ruprecht considers it an honor to be allowed inside the doctor's personal collection at all, although he knows it's because she forgets to care for them herself. Under the healer's care they would crumble and die, but under his, they flourish. The irony is not lost on anyone. His clanmates know him as a quiet wyrm, one that prefers the company of flowers to dragons--although he seems to get along fine with Adelaide as well, a fellow Plague Nocturne.

• Works in Ende, but keeps her work in the darkest corners in order to keep herself under the good doctor's radar.
