Clan Patriarch and Alchemist

Kiefer was born to a Shadow clan, but he struck out on his own as soon as he could. He didn't care much for the trickery of Shadow and thought that Light might suit him better. Kiefer wandered Sornieth for a time, during which he encountered a number of otherworldly beings, with whom he developed his magical and alchemical prowess.

Kiefer met Freya in the Sunbeam Ruins. He immediately liked her because of her kind spirit, and she took to him because of his cheerful eccentricity. They became the best of friends, travelling Sornieth far and wide on the search for a new clan-- but they never found one that felt right. Then, one day, while traversing the Sunbeam Ruins, they came upon a towering cliff dotted with caves. Living in one of the caves were two dragons: a fae named Caris and a tundra called Clifton. They eagerly welcomed Freya and Kiefer into their dwellings and became fast friends, and almost without anyone realizing it, the Lumenox clan was begun.

Kiefer entrusts most of the leadership of the clan to Freya, because most of his time is devoted to "magichemistry." He helps in his own way, but he's such a helpless leader that Freya just lets him play with his potions most of the time and runs the clan.

Kiefer's closest friends are Freya and Emery, and he does not have a mate.
