Kivad is a lone wolf for many reasons. While his mother is a devout follower of the Flamecaller, he has turned on her teachings. He hunts spirits, demigods, demons, devils, and gods above all in a quest to prove himself their better. He hunts for the sport and the glory, and maybe just maybe a secret part of him blames them for his father's abandonment of his family.

His loyalty is easily won (read: bribed) and just as easily lost. He follows only his one true goal: the falling of any and all gods. He is dominating and aggressive, and more than a bit angry. It hardens him to his task, and he thinks nothing of it or how his social life suffers because of it. His teasing is harsh, and his grudges he holds close to his heart.

He is the bringer of storms, a powerful magicial as well as a swift warrior. He has to be, to match his quarry. He enlists the aid of magical items when the need arises, as well. His signature move is to conjure and then throw bolts of lightning down from on high.

Cursed with goat's eyes, a Gaoler's body, avian features, and chronic migraines by various entities he's hunted. Kivad is greatly discomforted by the change in body: from a light and graceful Skydancer to a heavy and lumbering Gaoler. At least the beak is somewhat familiar.
