No official position. (Although Abyss calls her the "big hatchling".)

London chose her name in a moment of inspiration, when she remembered a story of which Abyss once told her, a fanfic called Paris Burning. The female London was the personification of the city London:

"Even London sat at her King’s side, her cool blue eyes appraising each soldier who swore to protect her." (thecitysmith)

In reality, the dragon London is nothing like the fanfic-London. Her eyes are red and often filled with mirth, or sometimes passion. She acknowledges no King, and insists she needs no warriors to protect her. If there is even a time when she appraises anything, it is when she is wondering how Abyss will react to her next question or prank. Sanctuary even lets her get away with skipping flight practise because there's no point trying to force her; London would always rather be in the water, flashing her sleek sapphire wings at the startled fish. If there are two things she is good at, it is swimming and escaping.

Abyss would add that she is also exceptionally gifted in the art of being annoying simply by existing. London laughs and never takes him seriously.

Several dragons are wondering whether she will ever repeat her attempt to take Abyss as her mate. If she is planning to, she is biding her time.
